Delete Your Pet Seizure App Account

If you would like to delete your Pet Seizure App account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Pet Seizure App account:

1. Open the Pet Seizure App

2. Go to Settings

3. Select Account

4. Tap Delete Account

5. Confirm your deletion request

with the subject line:

"Account Deletion Request"

Please include the email address associated with your account.

 

What data will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete:

• Your account profile information

• Pet profiles associated with your account

• Seizure logs and seizure history

• Medication records

• Symptom tracking data

• App preferences and settings

• Uploaded images or attachments (if applicable)

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained where required for:

• Legal obligations

• Security and fraud prevention

• Financial records (if applicable)

• Anonymous analytics data that cannot be linked back to you

Any retained data will be stored only for the minimum period required.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within [X days — choose your timeframe, e.g. 7 or 30 days].

After deletion is completed, your account and associated personal data cannot be recovered.
